Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
